About Us
Meet the Architects of Corporate Survival
We are friends first. Why does that matter? Because having someone who has your back changes everything.
We met in university, cramming for a first-year exam at a kitschy off-campus café, high on caffeine and hope. At the time, that felt exciting. The class? A blur. The grade? Who knows. But what stuck was our first impressions of each other: two women who wanted more than just a seat at the table—we wanted to know who built it, who really pulled the strings, and how to make our own rules.
Her co-founder? Let’s just say she’s graduated from the system. After years climbing the corporate ladder—mastering boardrooms, decoding power dynamics, and surviving those unspoken rules no one warns you about—Jennifer took everything she learned and built something of her own. Now she runs a thriving company that creates captivating experiences for adults, blending creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of human behaviour.
Her days may no longer be spent in meetings under fluorescent lights, but make no mistake—she knows that world inside out. Every project she leads and every story she tells is infused with lessons from the corporate front lines. She’s proof that you can step away from the system and still teach others how to master it.
Together, we’re here to make sure you don’t just survive the corporate world—you navigate it on your terms.
Why We’re Here
We started talking about launching a business together, and the more we talked, the clearer it became: We want to help women early in their careers navigate the corporate world better than we did. We want them armed with tools, strategy, and wisdom instead of just “figuring it out” the hard way.
The women in our lives have been our strength. They challenge us, call us out when we’re wrong, and cheer us on as we keep moving forward. We are tougher, smarter, and more resilient because of them.
The world is getting harder. In our careers, we’ve been bullied, passed over, sexually harassed, traded like baseball cards, reorged into oblivion, and tossed out like trash. But we’re still standing. And now, we’re in a position of safety, control, and power—so it’s time to give back. If the battles we’ve fought, the rage we’ve swallowed, and the resilience we’ve built can make things even a little bit easier for you—then that’s exactly what we’re here to do.
